Action learning is the process of bringing thinking and action into harmony. Learning is a continuous process and is best achieved with an open, probing mind, an ability to listen, question and explore ideas.
This course helps participants to learn how to use ‘Action Learning’ to work through issues, share ideas and challenge perceptions in a trusting, supportive environment, as well as gain skills and tools that can be used in a range of problem-solving contexts.
As a result of this training, participants will:
- Know how to structure and lead an action learning meeting
- Gain the interpersonal skills required to facilitate effective action learning
- Resolve ‘live issues’ through applying a range of collaborative problem solving and decision making tools and techniques
