Overview

Resilience is now recognised as a very important competence to demonstrate in the workplace.

Our natural resilience is a combination of personal characteristics and learned skills – but most importantly the quality can always be developed whatever an individual’s starting point. In the increasingly complex context of today‚Äôs working environment, the resilience of individuals, and organisations is critical for business success.

This Resilience Training course is for anyone looking to improve their ability to maintain personal wellbeing through overcoming setbacks and challenges.

Course Aim

Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to enable learners to build resilience in order to respond effectively to the challenges that can arise and how to cope with difficult situations.

As a result of this training, participants will:

  • Understand what resilience is and how this can help and support workplace wellbeing
  • Recognise stress triggers and learn how to become more resilient and overcome setbacks
  • Be able to apply techniques to build resilience, increase flexibility and adapt to change
