A Management Apprenticeship is our most comprehensive and robust management offering. It is designed to build confident and capable managers that can succeed progress and thrive within their role.

Through their Apprenticeship, learners gain the technical knowledge, practical experience and wider skills they need for their management role and future career. The apprentice gains this through a mix of learning in the workplace, formal off-the-job training and the opportunity to practise new skills in a real work environment. Management Apprenticeships not only ensure that learners are ‘job-ready’, it also enables organisations to create a ready-pipeline of future leaders.

Delivering substantial, high quality training, it aims to stretch learners and is supported by continuous assessment of progress and impact. The focus is on creating high performing, accountable managers. The programme integrates a range of different learning methods that provide flexibility, variety and challenge.

The emphasis is on practical skills-based training that meets industry standards. Learners gain industry-recognised knowledge, skills and behaviours, and are continually tasked to apply their skills in their day-to-day role to accelerate learning and deliver business impact. Due to the depth of the Apprenticeship, learners are allocated 20% of their working time to their development for the duration of the programme, which can be allocated in a flexible way to suit working patterns and business needs.

Put your trust in us

Management is our bag, and we have been delivering bespoke management and leadership development for 25 years. We have been delivering the new Management Apprenticeship standards from the start, with an exceptional attainment record.

Adalta’s Management Apprenticeships are fully funded through the Government Levy. Learning stops for nothing!

All our Apprenticeship programmes can be delivered remotely, face-to-face (where safe to do so), or a combination of the two. And you can start at a time that works for you and/or your business.

A dedicated Programme Manager is allocated to ensure a high-quality Apprenticeship programme through regular monitoring and reporting on quality, progress and impact.

When it comes to management, our Apprenticeship team are the best in the market because they have been there and worn the t-shirt. Their significant occupational experience, combined with qualifications and bang up-to date knowledge of management thinking s is what sets the bar high.

Great programmes never happen by accident, and one size never fits all.

Whether you are looking to develop management and leadership capability or create a pipeline of future leaders, we take a partnership approach to create a programme ‘fit for purpose’. We consider how it is delivered, how it links to the learner’s role and how it links to the bigger picture.

We are great advocates of the learner experience, in particular, gaining and applying new management skills and behaviours in their day-to-day role, which helps them and their team to deliver value and generate immediate returns for their organisation.

James O’Regan
Level 5 Management Apprentice

The Level 3 programme has given me the knowledge and tools to develop my progression as a Team Leader. The integrated structure of ‘on the job’ learning allows the learner to put theory into practice which is invaluable.

Deb Platt, Level 3 Team Leader Apprentice

When I started this Apprenticeship 18months ago, I had just ventured into the world of line management and had a lot to learn. One of the main benefits of this management course is that it has increased my self-awareness. It has allowed me to reflect on how I am as a leader. My Assessor has been really helpful and supportive throughout my qualification. She has given me great guidance whilst encouraging me to think independently and consider different perspectives and methods of learning and development. I would definitely recommend Adalta and this course for any new line managers.
