Whilst remote working has been around for some time, a significant percentage of the working population have adopted this flexible working arrangement as a result of the pandemic and the need for social distancing.
It’s important to understand how we thrive and remain productive in a remote working environment. During this short course, participants will gain techniques to help them ‘master their working day’ to increase productivity and focus. They will also develop skills to help them stay connected, motivated and resilient.
The aim of this course is to help learners develop the mind-set, skills and behaviours for successful remote working.
As a result of this training, participants will:
- Be able to identify personal stress indicators and understand how these affect their performance and well-being
- Gain more control of their workload and eliminate non-value activities
- Test out techniques to help target sources of stress to help maintain balance
