The aim of this course is to help people managers recognise when to suspend an employee, and, to execute the actions involved correctly and safely.
As a result of this training, participants will:
- Know what suspension is, alternatives to suspension and the risks involved in suspending an employee
- Be clear on their role as a people manager in the actions involved with suspension
- Be able to communicate to an employee when suspending them from the workplace
- Know how to bring an employee back from suspension
