The Results Are In: Our Ofsted Report Is Now Live!

As you may be aware, we were one of the first training providers in the country to be inspected under the more rigorous new Ofsted Inspection Framework in November. We are pleased to share that Ofsted have now moderated and published the results for all Further Education and Skills providers who, like us, were included in this first ‘batch’ of national inspections, which took place before Christmas.
We wanted to let you know that our Ofsted ‘Report Card’ is now published and we are absolutely thrilled to share our fantastic achievement. We outperformed our counterparts, securely meeting expectations across all five areas, with most areas being recognised as ‘strong’ standard, which means we are working above the expected standards in all areas of leadership, governance, achievement, curriculum and teaching.
The visit provided an important opportunity to showcase the quality and impact of our apprenticeship provision and we are delighted that Inspectors recognised the strengths within our provision, including our ambitious curriculum, highly qualified and skilled team, inclusive practices, strong learner support and high attainment. With the new Inspection Framework being more objective, i.e. based on a ‘secure’ fit rather than a ‘best fit’ approach, its tougher than the previous approach to get good grades, so this is truly fantastic news, reflecting the hard work, commitment, and professionalism of our team, our learners/apprentices, employer partners and advisory board members.
We would again like to thank EVERYONE in our learning community for their support– including apprentices, employers, governors and team members – through surveys, discussions and observations. Your contributions were invaluable in supporting the inspection process and in helping Ofsted gain a clear understanding of our ethos, values, and learner experience to make well-informed judgements. This is everyone’s achievement.
We remain committed to maintaining our high standards and continuing to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training that supports our learners to realise their potential, achieve their goals and succeed in their careers.
