Through their Apprenticeship, learners gain the technical knowledge, practical experience and wider skills they need for their management role and future career. The apprentice gains this through a mix of learning in the workplace, formal off-the-job training and the opportunity to practise new skills in a real work environment. Management Apprenticeships not only ensure that learners are ‘job-ready’, it also enables organisations to create a ready-pipeline of future leaders.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Level 5 ILM Management Course run by Adalta. The content, support and tutors are all excellent and the learning has given me the skills required to succeed in management. I have already put the qualification to good effect and progressed to the next level of my career!

James O’Regan
Level 5 Management Apprentice

The Level 3 programme has given me the knowledge and tools to develop my progression as a Team Leader. The integrated structure of ‘on the job’ learning allows the learner to put theory into practice which is invaluable.

Deb Platt, Level 3 Team Leader Apprentice

When I started this Apprenticeship 18months ago, I had just ventured into the world of line management and had a lot to learn. One of the main benefits of this management course is that it has increased my self-awareness. It has allowed me to reflect on how I am as a leader. My Assessor has been really helpful and supportive throughout my qualification. She has given me great guidance whilst encouraging me to think independently and consider different perspectives and methods of learning and development. I would definitely recommend Adalta and this course for any new line managers.

Matt Valentine
Level 3 Team Leader Apprentice

I enrolled on the Apprenticeship programme primarily to increase my knowledge and skills across a wider range of management competencies. I felt that the depth and breadth of the programme would help me to consolidate what good management and leadership practice should look like and how I could further develop my potential.

Barbara Moore

I was nominated to go on the programme and to be honest, I was initially apprehensive and sceptical based on other courses attended. However, the business recognised the value that this would give me in my role and the programme gave me far more than I anticipated.

Matthew Rodway

I have recently completed my Level 5 ADALTA Management Apprenticeship. I found the course very well run and the amount of support and guidance given really helped me gain a brilliant result. For anyone in the industry that isn’t sure of what qualification to take within the management sector I would certainly recommend the ADALTA course.
