Why is Action Learning Important?

Action learning is the process of bringing thinking and action into harmony. Learning is a continuous process and is best achieved with an open, probing mind, an ability to listen, question and explore ideas.
Action learning was borne out of the principle that the key to continuous improvement lies not with ‘experts’ but with practitioners themselves. With the economic climate as it is, organisations are looking to their greatest asset – its people to help them survive, sustain and thrive. Action learning is a proven methodology for continuous improvement by empowering individuals to solve challenges through reflection, collaboration, and action.

Action learning creates a culture of continuous development and contributes to organisational success. In an evolving business environment, organisations that embrace action learning are able to adapt effectively and build resilience.
