Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to help participants solve problems and improve productivity through effective collaboration.

They will learn how to use ‘Action Learning’ to work through issues, share ideas and challenge perceptions in a trusting, supportive environment, as well as gain skills and tools that can be used in a range of problem-solving contexts that require input from different perspectives.

As a result of this training, participants will:

  • Be able to apply a range of problem solving techniques to solve day-to-day problems with confidence 
  • Have decision making tools and techniques to help make smarter choices and decisions 
  • Have the skills to promote collaborative problem solving with stakeholders
  • Be equipped to facilitate action-based learning to support better ways of working
