The aim of this course is to help participants develop effective communication skills and techniques that will enable them to communicate confidently and purposefully with people at all levels in a range of situations.
As a result of this training, participants will:
- Know what causes communication to break down at work and how to communicate more effectively with colleagues
- Understand their natural communication preference and how to adapt this to improve working relationships and results
- Be able to deliver clear, concise and engaging messages using verbal and non-verbal communication
- Gain a toolkit of techniques to build understanding, resolve problems and improve relationships with others
