With the economic climate as it is, organisations are looking to their greatest asset – its people to help them survive, sustain and thrive. This requires people to develop the ability to think and work differently and challenge the norm.

Being creative interestingly does have a stigma attached to it as people often think ‘they are not creative’ because they don’t work in marketing, the arts or design etc. Very few people are truly uncreative. It simply is about trying out something new even if you’re not sure it’s going to work; it’s thinking up lots of fresh ideas and having a go for the greater good.

Even those that are well-versed to thinking outside the box, sometimes they just need a boost of inspiration to re-focus and get back on track.

Course Objectives

The aim of this creativity and innovation course is to provide participants with a range of creative tools and techniques to enable them to innovate within their role.

As a result of this training, participants will:

  • Be able to look at situations with fresh eyes to avoid complacency
  • Gain creative thinking tools and techniques to effectively innovate within their role
  • Know how to think and work innovatively using a simple, proven strategy 
  • Make a positive impact in their work area through selecting an idea to innovate and implementing this
