Negotiation is recognised as an essential management skill; effective Negotiation Skills training provides you with the skills and knowledge to resolve situations and conflict by reaching a result both parties are satisfied with.
The aim of this course is to help participants recognise when and how to successfully negotiate with colleagues, clients and other third parties.
As a result of this training, participants will:
