Congratulations to the latest group of graduates from Revolution Bars Group who have successfully completed their middle management development programme delivered by Adalta.  In completing the programme they have demonstrated not only how the development has impacted them personally, but also how they have been able to make a tangible impact on business results in their work area.

Adalta have worked in partnership with Revolution Bars Group for over ten years, and this flagship programme aims to develop their deputy management team and create a pipeline of future leaders. The journey they have gone through together as a peer group has been fantastic to observe and we look forward to working with them further as we welcome a new cohort in the summer.
