Conflict in the workplace can present itself in many forms. With increasing demands being made on employees and managers alike; potentially stressful and uncomfortable situations can become more frequent.

These things don’t go away. They have to be dealt with. Conflict Management training helps managers know how to read the early warning signs and diffuse tension without causing further internal conflict.

Our Conflict Management course provides participants with the skills to identify potentially aggressive or difficult behaviour and learn to manage it, to enable a positive rather than negative influence on your workplace.

Course Objectives

This course helps participants to develop the skills and behaviours that will enable them to deal confidently and effectively with conflict and other forms of challenging behaviour they may face within their role.

As a result of this training, participants will:

  • Know what conflict is and why is happens
  • Gain a greater understanding of differing conflict styles and how to adapt to each style to influence a better outcome
  • Be better equipped to analyse effective body language and words within difficult conversations  
  • Be able to facilitate productive conflict to generate better ideas and outcomes
