Conflict in the workplace can present itself in many forms. With increasing demands being made on employees and managers alike; potentially stressful and uncomfortable situations can become more frequent.
Our Conflict Management course provides participants with the skills to identify potentially aggressive or difficult behaviour and learn to manage it, to enable a positive rather than negative influence on your workplace.
This course helps participants to develop the skills and behaviours that will enable them to deal confidently and effectively with conflict and other forms of challenging behaviour they may face within their role.

- Gain a greater understanding of differing conflict styles and how to adapt to each style to influence a better outcome
