This 1-day Coaching Skills training course can be delivered either as a face-to-face workshop or via a trainer-led remote training session.

Participants receive a digital workbook to support them throughout this development.

As a result of this training, participants will:

  • Define what coaching is and discuss how it can be applied in a range of situations
  • Determine the role of a coach and the skills required of an effective coach
  • Explore how to establish the coaching relationship in a way that builds trust from outset
  • Be able to apply a flexible framework for coaching and adjust their approach
  • Gain the interpersonal skills and techniques required to effectively coach others
